What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit for membership, prayer, giving, Bible orders, volunteering, and contact. Payment card details are collected by Authorize.Net and are never stored here.
Private by default
Prayer requests are available only to authorized prayer care staff and the requesting member. Public prayer sharing requires a separate opt-in and moderator approval. Recipient addresses are restricted to fulfillment staff.
Your choices
Use account settings or the contact form to request access, correction, removal, or account deletion. You can unsubscribe from optional newsletters independently of transactional messages.
Retention and safeguards
Private submissions are encrypted in the database. Staff review closed prayer narratives for removal after 180 days and contact/volunteer narratives after 365 days, unless a documented need requires retention. Removal is applied through a manual administrative review; it does not run automatically at a fixed time. Financial records remain for the approved statutory retention period, to be confirmed for the registered merchant’s jurisdiction.
Service providers
Configured service providers include the hosting service, database hosting provider, Authorize.Net, and SMTP2GO. Final controller details, processing locations, and jurisdiction-specific rights must be approved before launch.
